Before I Go – Part 2

June 21, 2020
Passage: Acts 20:13-24
Service Type:

Have you ever left your kids (or been left as a kid) home alone for a couple of hours?  Before parents leave their children home alone for the first time, they usually go over a checklist of do's and don'ts to prepare them.

As we continue our study in Acts 20:13-24, we see the Apostle Paul saying goodbye to the leaders of the Church in Ephesus.  He cares so deeply for them that he wants to exhort them with final instructions and encouragements.  He shares his own testimony about how God has used him, not as a bragging point, but an encouragement to them of God's power and grace.

We too can learn from Paul's words that...

...God Reconciles our Past by His Grace...

...God Redeems our Present for His Purposes...

...and that God Redirects our Future toward His Hope.
